Elinnanda Estates was built in the spirit of preserving my childhood memories. From the age of seven until I turned 40, my father grew a variety of tropical fruit, vegetables, alongside acres of sugarcane. We also raised a bakers dozen of New Zealand sheep, and three cows on the property.
Today with the disappearance of many farming communities, the property now houses many homes, but retains the memories of the once well cultivated fertile land. We named the apartments in memory of what once grew there.
Elinnanda Estates is a family own and operated living facility offering a “home away from home “ Its island uniqueness is second to none.
located in the Grand Anse golf course area, we are less than five minutes away from major shopping areas, and less than two miles from the famous Grand Anse Beach, with its’ water sports and fishing excursions. Only two minutes walk to the Golf Course, and half hour away from all site seeing attractions, Elinnanda is close to everywhere you want to be.
In preparation we took into consideration your needs away from home. Whether you like dining out or prefer preparing your own meals, each apartment is fully furnished with all the amenities to make your ”home away from home” accommodation a pleasure.
If you vacation by yourself, or with friends and family, Elinnanda Estates will satisfy your long or short term housing needs. We also have daily maid service and can arrange baby sitting upon request.
FACILITIES:
Everything you can conceivably imagine is provided to make your experience comfortable and memorable. This includes cable TV in every room, AC, hot & cold water, wireless Internet, DVD/CD player/radio, clock radio. Every apartment comes with its own washer & dryer.
MEALS:
The apartments come standard with a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, cutlery and ware to accommodate any gourmet chef. If you like to prepare your own meals, tell us your favorite foods and we will shop for you before you get here. Purchases will be billed to your account. Or you may choose to eat at local restaurants, which are only five to ten minutes away (see information in room). You can also have special meals prepared on site by a private chef (ask for details).
ENTERTAINMENT:
Upon your arrival, we will provide you with information on all the activities in the city and surrounding villages.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION:
Minimum 3 days booking required for reservation
All bookings are secured by a 50% deposit billed to a major credit card
Final payment is due at the time of check in
Total payment may be made at the time of booking
All deposits are refundable, if cancellation is made 21 days before schedule arrival.
No shows will forfeit all deposits.
